Built in 1925, the Massey Building is a 10-story office building located in historicdowntown Birmingham, Alabama. This landmark was named for its originaldeveloper and boasts a breathtaking Spanish Moorish design.

Compared to a baseline of the previous year's, May, June, July, and August, Pinnacle Center 4’s raw kWh usage drop by an average of 34%. However, to accurately assess the savings attributed to Tune®, we needed to adjust for the reduction in occupancy due to COVID-19. According to HatchData,* commercial building kilowatt-hours declined by 22% in the southern region of the U.S. during the pandemic. This 22% adjustment was applied to determine the true Tune® impact.

Built in 1975, the building features a landmark smokestack and consists of 10,000 square feet of office space and 25,000 square feet of warehouse space. Tune saves the Corey Center more than 14% annually.

Wheeling University’s College of Engineering used Tune® for their EGR481 Capstone Engineering Project with their senior students. Aligning with their mission to examine new technologies, students conducted a 14-month installation and measurement project in the 155,000-square-foot McDonough Athletic Center.

Upon taking office, Mayor Rodger Lingerfelt sought ways to deliver savings to the citizens of Rainsville, Alabama. In September 2017, he initiated an LED lighting retrofit and Tune®device installations in many of the city’s facilities.
