Upon taking office, Mayor Rodger Lingerfelt sought ways to deliver savings to the citizens of Rainsville, Alabama. He initiated an LED lighting retrofit and Tune® device installations in many of the city’s facilities. The performance was closely monitored, with impressive results delivered in the first year. Rainsville continues to install Tune® devices across its facilities.
