Upon taking office, Mayor Rodger Lingerfelt sought ways to deliver savings to the citizens of Rainsville, Alabama. In September 2017, he initiated an LED lighting retrofit and Tune®device installations in many of the city’s facilities. The performance was closely monitored, with impressive results delivered in March 2018. Rainsville continues to install Tune®devices across its facilities.
