The Corey Center is located in Atlanta, Georgia, where I-75 meets I-20, an area known as the Crossroads of the South. Built in 1975, the building features a landmark smokestack and consists of 10,000 square feet of office space and 25,000 square feet of warehouse space.
Eight Tune® devices were installed, one for each of the building’s eight breaker boxes. Noesis, a trusted third-party consultant, analyzed the installation. Noesis monitored the facility for the first calendar year and again in the subsequent three years. Across the four years of analysis, Tune® delivered an average 14.8% kWh reduction for the Corey Center.*
