Corey Center

Corey Center

The Corey Center is based in Atlanta, Georgia, where I-75 intersects I-20, an area dubbed the Crossroads of the South. Built in 1975, the building features a landmark smokestack and consists of 10,000 square feet of office space and 25,000 square feet of warehouse space.

In December 2009, eight Tune®devices were installed, one for each of the building’s eight breaker boxes. Noesis, a trusted third-party consultant, analyzed the installation. Noesis monitored the facility for the 2010 calendar year and revised it again in 2011, 2012, and 2013. Across the four years of analysis, Tune® delivered an average 14.8% KWh reduction for the Corey Center.*
