With results varying by floor, Tune® delivered kilowatt-hour savings from 9% to a stunning 19% in this historic Birmingham landmark.

Built in 1925, the Massey Building is a 10-story office building located in historic downtown Birmingham, Alabama. This landmark was named for its original developer and boasts a breathtaking Spanish Moorish design.

Ten Tune® devices were installed during renovations of the building—one device for the breaker box found on each floor. Sophisticated electrical metering equipment was used to determine the Tune® impact for each floor. While results varied from by floor, Tune® delivered a minimum savings of 9% and a maximum savings of 19%.
