Upon taking office, Mayor Rodger Lingerfelt sought ways to deliver savings to the citizens of Rainsville, Alabama. He initiated an LED lighting retrofit and Tune device installations in many of the city’s facilities. The performance was closely monitored, with impressive results delivered in the first year. Rainsville continues to install Tune devices across its facilities.
